Western Digital Case Study


Western Digital Corporation is an American computer data storage company and one of the largest computer hard disk drive manufacturers in the world.


The brief was to increase brand awareness and engagement within Western Digital’s online community in line with the regional marketing, with the aim of turning fans to consumers, supporting local sales activities. For this purpose, Western Digital hired us to manage their Social Media, taking care of Content Marketing and Social Media Advertising.



WD is highly organized in its global and regional activities, which meant we were working in an ecosystem of agencies, requiring us to:

  • Prepare content way ahead of its publishing
  • Create content in line with the client’s CI and Brand Guidelines
  • Use global and regional assets while offering our assets to be used regionally and globally
  • Maintain regional relevance to our campaigns by involving Thai traditions, user habits, and influencers
