Main Tasks:

  • Manage Social Media platforms on daily basis, with the ability to manage them using various tools and devices
  • Creating content: text, visual, audiovisual
  • Monitor the managed platforms (notifications, messages)
  • Provide Customer Care services to users using the platforms
    • Based on provided scenarios that ease the process
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns using various online platforms: Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram ads), digital advertising platforms (such as RTB systems), Google Advertising systems and more
  • Contribute to creation of advertising concepts, content ideas and other related activities performed by the agency

Qualification and Experience:

  • Thai national
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated visual creativity, ability to write a compelling text
  • Understading and experience in Social Media universe i.e. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc…
  • Reliable, honest and hardworking
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate results to management
  • Desire and ability to grow
